The property cannot be seen from the road below or from above. The rear wall borders the Fondation Maeght museum, hidden behind trees. Villa Seburga is located on a quiet residential road leading to the top of a hill and a nature trail through woods beyond.

There is parking at the top of the drive, immediately adjacent to the front entrance.

As you enter the Pool Terrace from the Car Park or Front Entrance, there is a breath taking swimming pool as the central feature. This heated infinity swimming pool is a full 12.5 metres in length, complete with a diving board and a water slide.  Access to the swimming pool is just steps away through French Windows.  An infrared pool alarm system can be activated if required. 

At night, there is extensive ambient lighting, both throughout the garden and from inside the pool.

The Terraces offer views of the Mediterranean and the countryside of Provence-Cote d'Azur towards Cannes & Mougins by day. By night, you will see the distant twinkling lights of aircraft approaching Nice over the sea and the flashing light from the Cap d'Antibes Lighthouse.

Surrounded by 3,050 Sqm (33,000 sq. ft.) of lush vegetation, Villa Seburga is built on 3 levels.  The property is secluded and not visible from the road.
