Here's a little background on your hosts.

The Brocklehurst family have owned Villa Seburga since 1999. They moved to the South of France in 1988 having previously lived and worked in the U.S.A. and Hong Kong as well as in Europe. Before retiring, they built a company supplying fine wines to superyachts in the Mediterranean and Caribbean.

Villa Seburga has been rented seasonally since 2012.

We welcome our guests personally and will ensure that you have an unforgettable stay.

July 2023 - Blissful Tranquil Relaxation at Villa Seburga. This July was the warmest July for decades!

February 2023 - New Safety Hand Rail installed on the West side Pool entry Stairs.

February 2023 - Complete Renovation of Master en suite Bathroom - from floor to ceiling in Italian Ceramic Stoneware - and walk-in Shower.

February 2023 - In Master en suite Bathroom - New Towel warming and drying rack for plenty of bath and pool towels - enough room for swimming attire too.

January 2023 - New Decking installed at the Western end of the pool. 40 sq. metres (430 sq.ft). Made from smooth and sturdy Cumaru tropical wood.

July 2022 - New MIELE Convection Oven and Induction Hob installed. The Luxury Pool Apartment now has seven different MIELE appliances (Cooker, Hob, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Deep Freezer, Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer).

March 2021 - With a remarkable eye for detail, Teresa, our mason, uses a rental free week to meticulously lay new tiles on the Infinity Edge of the Pool. This lady really understands precision!

November 2019 - Pool Warmers for Winter Swimming! Covers are pulled over the Pool overnight, enabling a blissful warm temperature by day reaching 30°C from November to March each year.

October 2019 - Completely out of the blue - we didn't expect this. There are presently 72 properties listed on TripAdvisor in Saint-Paul-de-Vence, and it appears we are the only one to be awarded this accolade!

July 2019 - New 'Heavenly Bed' from Simmons now in Luxury Pool Apartment offers 5 star luxury and comfort - 180 cms wide x 200 cms long.

April 2018 - Major investment in a new giant "All Seasons" Pool Heater maintains the pool temperature at around 30° C (86° F). Guests can now enjoy a blissfully warm pool in Winter as well as Summer.

August 2017 - New tables and chairs (configuration for 6 or 10 seats) in poolside dining area, featuring water resistant comfortable cushions. Remote controlled electrical awnings offer sun or shade.

March 2017 - New window in second Apartment Bedroom now provides a front facing view of the pool and lush countryside beyond.

February 2017 - Pruning our massive Washingtonia Palm Trees - Seburga style!

September 2016 - Water Slide installed. A fantastic new feature. 2.3 metres (7'6") high in quality fibreglass - into a 1.3m depth. Kids will love this new feature. Sturdy enough even for adults to have fun too!

October 2015 - New layout of Pool Level Living Area with dining table and chairs, sofa, satellite TV, DVD Player & portable Bose Blue Tooth Player.

October 2015 - New Poolside Electric Awnings have now replaced the old ones. Electrically operated, guests can adjust the amount of shade for poolside dining or close them fully for maximum sunshine exposure - all at the touch of a button.

October 2015 - New CCTV monitors installed for added security at the entrance gates, guests can monitor and control the opening and closing of the gates. CCTV of entrance points also installed.

July 2015 - Pool Siren Alarm, activated by twin sensor beams. This new system replaces the old 'insertion' alarm. When activated, it will detect toddlers or crawling babies before they reach the pool edge. Click on the photo to enlarge.
